Skilled Nursing
The registered nurse provides skilled care and instructions to patients and families. They enable patients and families to function independently at home, increasing the comfort of the patient and improving overall health. Skilled nursing services can include, but are not limited to:
- Treatments and infections
- Dressing changes

- Supervision of medications
- Restorative care
- Respiratory care
- Family and patient health teaching and counseling
- Diabetic teaching
- Drawing blood and lab work

Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapy
Physical, occupational and speech therapists assist patients in improving their abilities to perform daily activities. Our specialists help family members to properly care for the patient by communicating available community resources.
Physical Therapy
Helps restore strength, balance and mobility after surgery, injury or illness, and works on reducing fall risk at home.
Occupational Therapy
Rebuilds the ability to manage everyday activities — dressing, bathing, cooking — and adapts the home to make them safer.
Speech Therapy
Addresses difficulty with speech, language, or swallowing following a stroke, surgery or neurological condition.
Social Services
Deals with social and emotional factors related to illness.
A medical social worker helps with the parts of an illness that are not clinical: benefits, community resources, long-term planning, and the strain a diagnosis puts on a family.
Certified Home Health Aide
Assists the patient with personal care, meal preparation, ambulation and exercises under professional supervision.
Aides work under the supervision of the nurse or therapist responsible for the patient’s plan of care.

Short-term skilled support during recovery at home after a hospital stay or general surgery, including wound and incision care.
