Wholesome Home Health sends licensed nurses, therapists and aides into people’s homes across the San Fernando Valley — so that recovering from surgery, managing a long-term illness, or simply getting older does not have to mean leaving the place you live.
Care is ordered by your physician and built around what they have asked for. We coordinate with that physician throughout, and we keep the family informed.
No one should be left to walk the journey alone.
